HOMAGE will offer a full refund on online orders returned within 14 days from receipt of goods to our warehouse. Within this period you can review and try on your item(s).
Item(s) must be returned unused, including the attached tags and in the original packaging. Items may not be stained by make up or deodorant and may not have any other signs of wear after trying them on.
If you want to return your item(s), please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information: name, order number, item(s) to be returned and the reason of return.
You will receive a Return Authorization Form including the return address.
For a full refund on your item(s), the package needs to be received at our warehouse in The Netherlands within 14 days after the date you received your order.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned item(s).
Previous made shipping costs are non-refundable.
After shipping your return, you should receive a receipt with a tracking code in order to track the shipment. Please hold onto this receipt as it is your proof of shipment. HOMAGE will not take responsibility for your items lost in transit.
Once your return is received and has passed the inspection, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment at the latest within 10 days.
